Short, because it should be.
Loud is an interface. It shows public data and helps you build a transaction your own wallet signs. Using the site means accepting the terms below.
What Loud is
A website that measures public conversation about tokens on Robinhood Chain, ranks them, and lets you swap through a third-party router. It is non-custodial: we never take possession of your funds and cannot move them. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser.
No advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Scores, rankings and labels are informational, are produced automatically, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Securing your wallet, keys and seed phrase. We cannot recover them.
- Verifying contract addresses and transaction details before signing.
- Complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax.
- Not using the site where doing so would be unlawful, and not using it if you are barred from trading digital assets in your jurisdiction.
Third parties
Market data comes from DexScreener, routing from LI.FI, and settlement from Robinhood Chain itself. These are independent services with their own terms and availability. We do not control them, and an outage or error on their side can affect what you see or whether a trade completes.
Availability
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including the fee, without notice. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including trading losses, failed or reverted transactions, gas spent, inaccurate or delayed data, third-party outages, or unauthorised access to your wallet.
Moderation
We may hide any token from the board at our discretion, including for impersonation or a ticker chosen to be mistaken for another. Hiding a token is not a judgement about it, and showing one is not an endorsement.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.
